Glenn is a Company Principal and Senior Fisheries Biologist. He has over 30 years of experience working on complex permitting issues related to fisheries ecology, habitat restoration and mitigation, impact assessment, study design, and environmental documentation. Glenn has been involved in the successful permitting of numerous large-scale marine-oriented projects. He has extensive experience with design, implementation, and monitoring of mitigation projects developed to offset aquatic impacts in accordance with Section 404(b) of the Clean Water Act and the Washington Hydraulic Code. His experience with agency coordination and negotiation has helped to secure practical and cost-effective solutions for complicated problems related to mitigation, restoration, and corrective actions.
