Jay is a Biologist in the Wenatchee office with expertise in shoreline permitting, Biological Evaluations and Assessments for ESA compliance consultation, wetland delineation and HEA model analysis for mitigation purposes. Jay has extensive experience conducting environmental permitting, mitigation bank planning, critical areas permitting and habitat monitoring for both public and private clientele. As part of the Grette Associates SCUBA diving team, Jay has worked on Eelgrass transplantation and monitoring, as well as surveys for eelgrass, shellfish, macroalgae, forage fish and epibenthic invertebrates.
