Rachel is a biologist and permitting specialist in the Gig Harbor office. Her permitting responsibilities are primarily in-water permitting, shorelines and ESA consultations. As a biologist, she conducts wetland delineations, critical habitat surveys, OHWM determinations, and SAV dive surveys in support of clients throughout western Washington. She is a valued member of the Grette Dive team and holds multiple advanced PADI certifications. She is also a Scientific Diver certified by AAUS.
