Chad is a Professional Wetland Scientist in the Gig Harbor office with expertise in Wetland science and ecology, critical species evaluations, ecological restoration, critical area monitoring and mitigation planning. Chad regularly conducts surveys and restoration work in marine, riparian and wetland ecosystems. He has extensive experience in wetland mitigation planning, wetland delineation, habitat assessment and critical area permitting. He also performs third-party critical area reviews to determine if permit applicants are within local and state environmental guidelines. Chad holds certifications in the Department of Ecology’s Wetland Rating System, Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) determination, and Calculating Compensatory Mitigation in Wetlands.
